QuineOS helps you work with your goals, tasks, knowledge, and planning records. These terms describe use of the QuineOS website and services we operate, including the QuineOS connection to ChatGPT.

Who provides the service

QuineOS is operated by Timur Carpeev. Contact info@quineos.com with questions about these terms or visit Support for help.

Separately operated QuineOS installations are controlled by their own operators. These terms do not replace the license supplied with software you install or the terms of a separate hosting, AI, or other connected service.

Your connection and records

Connect only a server you own or are authorized to use, and only share records you are entitled to provide. Keep your installation and connection credentials secure. You retain your rights in your content; connecting a server permits the requested processing and transfer of records needed to provide the features you use.

The ChatGPT connection requires a compatible QuineOS server and an authorized connection. A locally operated server must be running and reachable. You are responsible for operating and backing up an installation you manage. A separate server operator may set additional conditions for access to its installation.

Supported use

Use the public ChatGPT connection for ordinary planning and knowledge records. Do not submit passwords, one-time codes, API keys, payment-card details, government identifiers, or protected health information through it. Use the dedicated authorization flow to connect your server.

Do not use QuineOS unlawfully, access another person's records without permission, interfere with the service, or bypass its access controls.

Review important actions

AI responses and imported records may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Review important information and changes before relying on them. A completed task records a planning status; it is not proof that a payment, filing, message, booking, or other external action has happened.

Payments and other services

No payments are made through the QuineOS ChatGPT connection. Any separate AI, hosting, or connected-service account remains subject to that provider's own terms and charges.

Privacy and stopping use

Our privacy policy explains how information is processed. You can stop using the connection and revoke its authorization. Revocation stops future authorized access; it does not erase existing conversations, server records, revision history, or backups. See Data retention or contact us about copies we control.

Changes and your rights

We will update the date on this page when these terms change and communicate changes where required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law gives you.
